- Prepare and present the minutes of each chapter meeting.

- Place all committee reports in the secretary’s file.

- Be responsible for chapter correspondence.

- Maintain member attendance and activity records and issue membership cards.

Officer Bio:

My name is Jordan Ross I am your 2023-2024 Secretary. I was born and raised in the big city of Huntsville, Texas. I am an active member of the Huntsville FFA. I have been showing animals at the county fair for going on 8 years. I look forward to a great year. Be blessed.
